my tips

use pen and paper to sketch, take notes, anatomical/physio drawings,.. throw it away after.

chemistry, physics, and electricty (even electronics) IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED for any functionaly-advanced understanding (relevant for ltss intervention -especially nootropics and molecules, but also maybe everything else when looked into neuroscience/biologiy) when learning neurosciences..!!
